Returns

Jilly Bean Kids will accept returns on 
unopened items 
(except candy, bulk, special order, or close out items) in their original packaging for up to 30 days from receipt.  Please contact us before sending back.

We will credit your account back for the full purchase amount of the product ordered. We do NOT accept returns for any candy, personalized, bulk,  special order items  or close out items or paper straws. We do NOT accept back individual items purchased from a package, to receive a credit must return the entire package set as it was ordered. We do not credit back any shipping & handling fees.
