We make every effort to accommodate all shipping requests. Please email if you need for us to process and ship your order the same day as placement. Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days Monday thru Friday. Most locations receive our items after shipping in 2-3 business days, with the exception of the East Coast which is 3-4 business days. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. We request you let us know via email at info@jillybeankids.com or please add a note at check out if your party/event is less than 7 business days from time of placement so we can make sure your package gets priority handling. ***please note...delivery/processing around holidays may take 3-4 working days longer. Keep this in mind when requesting priority handling.
First off thank you for your interest, we are thrilled to have had such wonderful customers who allow us to be a small part of their lives....you are a huge part of ours! Most items on our site are in stock. Some items might be out of stock, at another warehouse or with bulk items, we special order those items from our manufacturer. We only deal with reputable companies who have made their way to the top of the party retail line with their wonderful customer service and hip, stylish products.
I will let you know if your order will be shipped from another warehouse, so you have plenty of time to plan. Please email me if you have any questions, or if you have a special situation and need to expedite your order.
My shipping/packaging goal - you may receive your order packed with products that are not eco-friendly...I do not purchase these. In that case, I would be recycling packaging from a delivery I have received...hopefully you can re-use them too!
