RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted without the above PDF file filled out and inserted in the return. We are a smaller company and need the information to ensure we process your return asap.

All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee...
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 20 POUNDS or $300.00 are not RETURNABLE! The time, cost of packaging and paperwork involved with these large orders we can not be responsible for if the package does not arrive in time. You must make sure you order with plenty of time and write your need by date in notes.
Jilly Bean Kids will accept returns on unopened items only. We do NOT accept returns for any candy, lollipops, cupcake cups, personalized items, bulk, special order items (i.e. carnival,candy, (made to order props) special color lanterns, or bulk lanterns, close out items, apparel (hats) or paper straws. We do NOT accept back individual items purchased from a package, to receive a credit please return the entire package set as it was ordered.
We process your orders quickly and assume when an order is placed it is our job to get you these items....cancellations will have to be treated as a refund (may include shipping fees and restocking fees) especially if they are drop shipped with one of our suppliers, custom or personalized orders or large bulk item orders.
SPECIAL ORDERS OR LARGE BULK ORDERS are not able to be cancelled as we are linked to our suppliers and these are processed asap.
We process refunds within 1-2 billing cycles...
Rude, unkind and demanding emails regarding your return adds 1 working day to your refund...just kidding, but please remember I am a smaller company
and kindness/patience is so appreciated.
- We will credit your account back for the full purchase amount of the product ordered.
- We do not credit back any shipping fees.
- If we paid more for shipping your order these are the fees that will be a part of your refund
- If the order arrives after your event, we will refund you when we receive the items back.
- We have a 15% restocking fee for returned/refused orders.
- If the error was ours, we will take care of you!
**We have been so short staffed and we are working on fixing the problem. If the error was ours and you would like to return asap...please include the return form and write info about the return, when we refund your account we will refund your shipping as well.
